3rd stage of chi sau; Fighting practice with a chi sao partner. Some people refer to this stage as Daa San Chong, literally meaning (fight live dummy) or the application of Wing Chun techniques to a real person. Hand to hand contact is still made with the chi sau partner’s arms.
